Rio Grande Bistro provides students at Del Norte Elementary and Del Norte Junior Senior High with healthy nutritious meals that students enjoy.  Research shows that students who eat school meals consume more milk, fruits, and vegetables during meal times and have better intake of certain nutrients, such as calcium and fiber.
