Purpose of the Platform

Our application (hereinafter "the app") acts as a digital marketplace, facilitating connections between service providers and service seekers. It should be noted that the app does not participate in any transactions between these parties and is therefore not responsible for any disagreements, disputes, or losses that may arise from such transactions. All parties are encouraged to ensure the veracity of all information and credentials provided by service providers and service seekers as we take no responsibility for the same.



Monthly Subscription Fees

"Service providers must pay a non-refundable monthly subscription fee to maintain their service listings on the app. Failure to comply with this condition may result in the removal of the service listing.

Service Provider Removal 

The app reserves the right to remove or delist any service provider at its sole discretion. Causes for such removal may include, but are not limited to, inappropriate or misleading descriptions, unsuitable images, or violation of other stipulations within these terms.

Accuracy of Service Representations

Service providers are obliged to provide truthful, accurate, and complete representations of their services. The app is not liable for any inaccuracies or discrepancies in the information provided by the service providers.

Rating System

Service providers are ranked according to the rating system in place. Service providers are allowed to request ratings from service seekers, however, such requests must be limited to one per transaction. Harassment of service seekers for ratings is strictly prohibited.

Account Suspension and Termination

The app reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are reported excessively for violating the terms and conditions, or engaging in other inappropriate activities.

Verification of Service Providers

Service seekers are solely responsible for verifying the qualifications, credentials, and suitability of service providers before engaging their services.

Limitation of Liability

The app is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages or losses incurred by any user as a result of using the platform, including but not limited to transactions with service providers.

Incident Reporting

Users can report any incidents involving service providers through the app. The app will conduct an internal investigation and take appropriate actions as deemed necessary.

Prohibited Conduct

All users are expected to communicate respectfully on the platform. Usage of racist, sexist, discriminatory, or abusive language can result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Modification of Terms

The app reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review the terms periodically to ensure understanding and compliance.

Consent to Terms and Conditions

By using the app, all users confirm their acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Disclaimers

The app is not responsible for any false descriptions or labels associated with the services provided on the platform.

Payment and Privacy

"Payment details are kept private and are only visible to the individual user. The app adheres to a strict privacy policy to ensure the security of such information."

Visibility of User Information

Service seekers will have their name and contact information (phone number or email) visible to other users. Service providers will have their name, email, company name, phone number, address  images publicly displayed.

Data Protection

"The app is committed to safeguarding user data and employs robust security measures to protect against unauthorised access, disclosure, or alteration."

Third-Party Data Sharing

The app does not share personal information with third parties unless required by law, or if explicit consent is provided by the user.
