Virtual Calming Room

University Place School Counselors have created this virtual calming room as a space for students and families to find tools and strategies to aid in navigating these uncertain times. We hope you find this space to be helpful for finding relaxation, learning how to care for your mental and physical well-being, and just unwinding when you need a break!

Remember, your feelings are normal; this situation is not. It is important to take care of ourselves and the ones we love.
