IMPORTANT: The deadline for the application of MOVE-UP Financial Assistance for the 1st Semester Mobility for AY2026-2027 is 31 March 2026 (Tuesday). This form will no longer accept applications beyond this date.
The Faculty of Education (FEd) invites its undergraduate students to apply for any of the following Mobility For Vigor and Excellence – University of the Philippines (MOVE-UP) Programs (https://oil.up.edu.ph/oil-programs/move-up/):
1) Student Exchange Mobility
2) Virtual Student Exchange and Online Learning Programs
3) Degree-related Training or Internships
4) Sandwich Thesis/Research Work
For accurate information about eligibility criteria, application process, and the coverage and settlement of financial assistance, if any, check the official website for MOVE-UP: https://oil.up.edu.ph/oil-programs/move-up/
This portal serves as an initial step for the MOVE-UP application process. The Faculty of Education will receive applications from its students through this portal only. Applications via email will not be entertained and incomplete application forms will not be processed.
Before commencing your application, you are strongly advised to complete all the necessary documentations depending on the type of application you choose.
Requirements for Financial Assistance
SLAS Bracket Certification
One (1) page Curriculum Vitae
True Copy of Grades
Certification of General Weighted Average (requested from the OUR)
Certificate of Remaining Units (our office can provide this, so you can disregard this requirement)
Copy of the Letter of Acceptance from Host University
Accomplished Parent/Legal Guardian's Consent and Waiver Form (with photocopy of ID of Parent/Legal Guardian; Proof of Guardianship for Legal Guardian)
Copy of Form five (5) and UP ID (back to back)
Accomplished data privacy certificate
Two (2) Recommendation Letters from previous professors/instructors addressed to:
MOVE-UP Financial Assistance Selection Committee
Office of International Linkages
3F South Wing, Quezon Hall
UP Campus, Diliman, Quezon City
Aside from these documents, applicants must submit the following documents to support their application:
Student Exchange Program
Thesis/Sandwich Program or Internship
Copy of Thesis Proposal endorsed by Thesis Adviser
Gantt Chart/Work Plan for Thesis Research Activities
Degree-related Training
Approved MOVE-UP Financial Assistance Study Plan
Certification from Department Chair/Adviser on the relevance of short-term training
