Application for Non-Degree

A non-degree student is one who is enrolled in certain courses but does not follow an organized program of study and, therefore not a prospective candidate for graduation for any degree in the University. Enrollment of non-degree student must be endorsed by the program chair and approved by the Faculty Dean.

Application Requirements:

• Accomplished Google Form

• Scan copy of Transcript of Records from all schools attended;

• Two recent identical 2” x 2” photos and two identical 1” x 1” photos, with your name and the program applied for printed at the back of the photos.
