Application for Comprehensive Exam (Master's Program)
Students applying for a comprehensive exam (master's program) must consult first their respective Program Chair through the following email addresses for specific requirements that should be met before taking the comprehensive exam. Schedules related to comprehensive examinations are set by the Faculty of Study.

Application Requirements:
Accomplished Google Form
Application fee payment receipt amounting to PhP200. See procedures for payment of fees.
How to Apply?
Step 1: Accomplish this Google Form.
Step 2: Wait for an email reply from the Office of the Faculty Secretary for further instructions, if needed.
