REVISED BES CURRICULUM
The revised BES program consists of 141 units of coursework to be taken within 4 years following a trimestral schedule. All courses in the curriculum are equivalent to 3 units unless otherwise specified. These courses are classified into following:

In addition, BES students are required to take (8) units (4 courses) of Physical Education courses and (6) units of National Service Training Program (NSTP) courses. These courses are not included in the counting of academic work.
Useful Links
All courses in the BES program are taught online following the principles of guided independent study and collaborative inquiry. Students are expected to have intermediate computer and Internet skills.
The minimum load per trimester is 3 units (equivalent to one course) and the regular load is 12 units (4 courses). A student who will be unable to enroll the maximum load may opt to enroll fewer courses or the minimum load. All students are expected to enroll every trimester unless they are on an approved leave of absence from the University.
