Revisit the Program Curriculum in the FEd Website for you to diligently identify the list of remaining courses you need to take to finish the program.
Every term, you should have 12 units (regular load) of enrolled courses appropriate to your year standing and in line with the curriculum and POS. You may wish to enroll in Physical Education (PE) and National Service Training Program (NSTP) courses as these are not included in the counting of academic work. In circumstances wherein you foresee that you will be underloaded, please seek advice from the BES Program Chair through this email (bes@upou.edu.ph). Do not enroll in EDS 199 just to have a regular load as this is a terminal course.
Overloading as needed is only permissible if you are a graduating student. Kindly reach out to the BES Program Chair if you will be overloading.
We will have a one-time approval of your POS which you can use every trimester. Seek academic advice if you have deviated from your POS or if you have observed that there has been a disruptive change in the BES and GE+course offering patterns. Rest assured that the BES Program Chair will monitor the courses you have taken through AIMS and will personally reach out to you if the need arises.
