Units of PE and CWTS courses are not included in the computation of academic load.
Send an email to the BES Program Chair and attach your updated BES checklist and complete Plan of Study.
Inform your Program Chair and see the guidelines for Latin Honors (LH). Achieving the GWA does not automatically qualify you to graduate with Latin Honors. It has to go through the process of the Faculty and the University's Honors and Awards Committee (HAC). The Faculty Secretary will inform you if you have officially been qualified to graduate with LH upon the approval of the University's HAC.
File an online application for Completion/ Removal through the student portal https://our.upou.edu.ph/student
Apply for leave of absence before the scheduled deadline, otherwise you will be considered AWOL. See the process for LOA.

Yes, BES graduates can apply for LET with a major in Social Studies.
In general, you can apply in any government agency as long as you suit the requirements they are looking for. To be eligible to work in a government agency make sure you pass the Civil Service Exam.
There is no thesis requirement in BES as of the moment but you have EDS 199 (Special Project). You may check out the BES Microsite to see samples of EDS 199 projects.
In general there are no face-to-face classes in the BES program.
You will be allowed to overload if you are a graduating/senior student. To maximize your time, make sure that you excel in the courses you are currently taking.
The two majors are “merged” into the new curriculum so BES graduates are expert in both areas.
