The completion of an EXT grade may entail submission of assignment/s, taking examination/s, or other requirements.
4.0 (conditional) mark
A grade of 4.0 may be removed by successful repetition of the course, or by passing the re-examination. Students who pass the re-examination shall be given a grade of 3.0, and those who fail, a grade of 5.0. Only one re-examination is allowed, to be taken within the prescribed period. If a grade of 4.0 is not removed within the prescribed period, credit for the course may be earned only by repeating and passing it.
