The primary requirement of the system is that the student must be currently enrolled for the term s/he is applying for completion/removal, otherwise, s/he will not be able to access the system. Moreover, the system is not accessible all throughout the term. Activation begins at the start of the class and ends a day after the deadline for filing of application for completion/removal. The one-year completion duration can also be viewed in the system.
Apply online through the Student Portal. The student should be currently enrolled, otherwise, s/he needs to enroll for residency; if on AWOL status, s/he needs to apply for readmission.
If the completion duration has already lapsed, the “Lapsed” remark is displayed instead of the “Apply” button, the student has to re-enroll the course.
Click the “Apply” button for course/s that the student would like to complete. Note that the approved completion is valid only for the term of application. Inability to comply with the lacking requirements/take the removal exam on the approved term of completion/removal would mean that the student has to re-apply the next term.
Attach the copy of your application along with the lacking requirements and submit via email to fed@upou.edu.ph (cc: Faculty in Charge) before the deadline indicated in the academic calendar.
