The procedure for withdrawal of enrollment and refund of fees according to the OUR are as follows:
Step 1. A student who has paid his matriculation fee and wishes to withdraw his/her registration shall be entitled to a refund of his/her tuition and miscellaneous fees in accordance with the following schedule:
On or before the start of classes 100%
Semestral schedule–on or before one month after the start of classes – 80%
Trimestral schedule-on or before three weeks after the start of classes– 80%
Step 2. Submit/mail the following documents to the Office of the University Registrar or send electronic copy to registration@upou.edu.ph on or before the deadline:
Letter requesting for withdrawal of enrollment
Refund Application Form
Copy of Registration form (Form 5)
Copy of proof of payment
Step 3. Wait for the release of the check to be sent to your preferred mailing address. Other refund options include e-credit and payment reversal.
