1- To report an emergency including Fire or other imminent danger CALL 911

To report an electrical outage, call your electrical provider.


2. To report other emergencies, including 

Loss of heat or hot water (not related to an electrical outage)

Flooding or leaks with running water

Loss of water or water pressure

3. To report non-emergency issues and repair requests, use the Resident Portal (the most efficient option) or call our Office at 603-766-4876 during business hours.
