Getting logged out after tapping on "My courses" and entering your credentials.
First and foremost, please make sure that you have downloaded the most recent version of the application. Please do so by visiting the play store/app store and search for "upGrad" and hit "update".
Open the Settings of your phone.
Tap the "Apps" or "Application" option.
Search for "upGrad" app in the list of your installed apps.
Tap the Clear cache button.
Alternatively, also search for "permission" tab and make sure that storage access is not blocked.
Re-login and check, it should work fine.
If you continue to face this issue, do raise a ticket by clicking on the "Report an Error" button at the bottom of your learning segment page.
