If you are unable to access the chat functionality, please follow the below given steps:
Check if you are connected to the internet.
Reload the Page after clearing your browser cache.
Try opening it through Incognito mode or in a different browser.
If you are still unable to do so after following the above steps, you can contact your Student Mentor via other support channels and raise this issue.
