Steps to follow if you are unable to play a particular video even though your internet connection is stable.
If you are unable to play a particular video, kindly go through the following steps to troubleshoot:
Check if you are connected to the internet and also check your internet speed through an online speed test. Ensure that your internet bandwidth has a minimum 1Mbps connection.
Reload the page after clearing your browser cache.
Try opening the page in incognito mode or in a different browser ,we recommend you to use latest chrome and firefox for better experience.
Sometimes our videos might get blocked due to your antivirus software or browser proxy settings so try disabling them and restart your system and browser once and try again.
In case you have an alternative internet connection try switching to that and try once ,this might be happening due to the restrictions on your network discussed in below points 6 and 7.
Check your network settings to make sure our videos (brightcove) are not blocked from your network and get the below domains whitelisted on your VPN and local firewall software for watching videos and seamless experience over learning platform:

In case you are accessing our learning platform from your office network there could be additional firewall and security restrictions so we suggest you to share the below domain whitelisting list with your IT team and retry after flushing your systems DNS
Turn off Hardware acceleration on your browser and try again.
a) To disable Hardware Acceleration in Google Chrome browser
launch the browser and open Settings.
Scroll down a bit and click Show Advanced Settings.
Under System, clear “Use hardware acceleration when available”.
Restart Chrome.
b) To disable Hardware in Mozilla Firefox browser
open the browser > Options.
Now under the General section, scroll down a bit to see Performance. Here uncheck the Use hardware acceleration when available option.
Restart Firefox.
