Steps to follow if you are unable to move ahead with the course content as the "Next" button is greyed out.

If the progress is not saved due a fluctuating internet connection or some component on the page being incomplete, you will not be able to move ahead with the course flow. In such a scenario we recommend:

1. Ensure that you have completed all videos on the page (They should read "Watched").

2. Ensure that you have answered all the questions on the page.

3. Try refreshing the page.

In case you have already viewed a video and it is still marked as "Incomplete", please restart the video and forward it till near completion and let it complete till the end once again.
