Help regarding the screen-size issue on desktop learning website.
Please make sure that you are not accessing the learning website from your mobile's Android, tablet, or iOS browser. If you are, then you need to switch to your Desktop/Laptop browser to view the page or use the android/iOS app instead.
If you are getting this error while browsing through your content on the learning platform, then you need to follow the below-mentioned steps to fix the issue.
Go to your browser URL and spot the "Magnifying icon" and click on it.
Once you click on the magnifying icon, simply click on "Reset" and the browser screen should default to normal size and you should be able to view all the content.
Alternatively, you can also press ‘CTRL +’/’CTRL –‘ to adjust your screen.
or press ‘CTRL+0’ to set it to default.
If you continue to face this issue, do raise a ticket by clicking on the "Report an Error" button at the bottom of your learning segment page.
