Help regarding the screen-size issue on desktop learning website.

• Please make sure that you are not accessing the learning website from your mobile's Android, tablet, or iOS browser. If you are, then you need to switch to your Desktop/Laptop browser to view the page or use the android/iOS app instead.

• If you are getting this error while browsing through your content on the learning platform, then you need to follow the below-mentioned steps to fix the issue.

• Go to your browser URL and spot the "Magnifying icon" and click on it.

• Once you click on the magnifying icon, simply click on "Reset" and the browser screen should default to normal size and you should be able to view all the content.

• Alternatively, you can also press ‘CTRL +’/’CTRL –‘ to adjust your screen.

or press ‘CTRL+0’ to set it to default.

If you continue to face this issue, do raise a ticket by clicking on the "Report an Error" button at the bottom of your learning segment page.
