We request you to go through the following points of our refund policy:
There will be no refund once the program is launched.
In case of medical or other unavoidable situations, we will require valid supportive documents to try for a refund.
Once you provide the documents, your case will be presented to a committee. It is at the discretion of the committee to provide a refund.
If the refund is accepted, it will take a minimum of 30 working days to process the refund.
After the refund is accepted, if the learner fails to produce proper documents, the refund process will get delayed.
Documents required for a refund include passbook /cancelled cheque, pan card, aadhaar card, and refund form to be filled (to be provided by the upGrad buddy).
If a learner fails in more than two courses, there will be no refund.
