Facing issues during the upload of assignments or case studies for a module
First and foremost, please ensure that you submit your file 30 minutes prior to the given deadline time to avoid delays or last-minute hiccups.
Kindly check the type of file that is supported for submission. (For example. PDF, PPT, PPTX, DOC, DOCX, IPYNB etc). If they are not of the supported type, then you would not be able to upload your file.
If it is a group case study, please check if your partner has already submitted the file, if they have then you do not need to upload it.
If you receive a message that says "You are not a part of a group", then please contact your student mentor to have you added to a group.
