What is an upvote, TA verified answer or comment? What is the Forum Leaderboard? What is a Bookmark?

The Discussion Forum is a very integral part of your learning experience as it helps you work with your peers and clarify your concepts.

1. An upvote is the most basic form of appreciation for a post. You may use it to promote the relevance of a post or when you like an answer someone has posted.

2. A TA verified answer is an answer that has been verified by the TA to be one of the most relevant answers to the question on that thread. P.S: One question can have multiple TA verified answers. This is as good as the TA answering a question.

3. A comment is an opinion on an answer. This is where you can post your views on answers that other students have posted. This is built to help students make better discussions. P.S: A comment on an existing comment will come within the comments for that answer and not as a separate chain for that comment.

4. A bookmark is for you to mark a particular question so that it can be easily referenced later.

5. Forum leaderboard is the descending order of ranking of all students doing the program basis their discussion forum points. You can check the forum points guidelines in the Intro Module of the program for more clarity on this.
