How are discussion forum points calculated? Are Discussion Forum points graded? How to score well in Discussion Forum?

Discussion forum is a very integral part of the learning experience at UpGrad. Through this channel, you can collaborate and brainstorm with your peers. This makes the peer to peer discussions seamless even on the digital platform.

In an attempt to incentivize the interactions on the Discussion Forum, we have introduced points to the various interactions with the forum.

Discussion Forum points contribute to your final grade and are therefore very important.

There are points allocated to posting an answer, receiving an up-vote on your question/answer and receiving TA verification for your answer. Please note that the weight-age for each of these components as well as the actions eligible for scoring is subject to change basis of the program that you are pursuing with UpGrad.
