Save option is disabled on the profile, preferences/education & work page in the career portal. How do I enable them?
This is the most common issue that most of the learners face during updating their profile in the career portal.
This occurs mainly when there are some fields that are left incomplete or filled incorrectly.
As visible in the above screenshot, you can see that the Current City of Residence and the Other Preferred City options are not filled.
In such scenarios, you will not be able to click on save and proceed further.
You should first click cancel and then click on the edit button and fill out all the fields in order to click on save and proceed.
There may be scenarios where you have filled all the details but still, you are unable to click on save and proceed further.
This means you have filled-in some of the details incorrectly.
For these fields, there are suggestions provided by us that appear when you enter a word, and you must make sure to select only the options that appear in the drop-down list and not enter them manually as shown below:
Once you have filled in all the fields you should be able to click on save and proceed further.
