Save button on careers page not working even after filling all the fields correctly
Kindly go through the previous article (Save option disabled on Profile, Preferences/Education & work page) before following the steps below.
If you have filled all the data correctly and are still unable to click on save button then follow the steps given below:
1) Open it in different internet browsers like (Firefox, Safari, or Chrome Incognito Mode)
2) Ensure that no downloads are blocked in your chrome URL browser.
3) Disable all extensions on your browser temporarily to make sure that they do not interfere with your learning experience.
4) Clear the browsing cache/history/cookies. Follow the steps mentioned below:
i) On your computer, open Chrome.
ii) At the top right, click More.
iii) Click More tools. Clear browsing data.
iv) At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
v) Check on "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files"
vi) Click clear data.
vii) Re-launch / Restart chrome browser.
