Salary: Php 48,250.00

Responsibilities:

• Takes charge of the entire implementation and development process of the project.

• Oversees the front-end and back-end development technologies and frameworks progress. 

• Spearheads the preparation of any documents required by the Funding Agency, research publication, and presentation of the output to stakeholders and collaborators. 

• Facilitates the technical documentation for all aspects of the development process.

• Conducts thorough testing and debugging of the application to identify and rectify any errors or discrepancies.

• Leads the quality assurance control, responsible for ensuring that the application meets established quality standards and fulfills user requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Collects, cleans, preprocesses, and organizes data from various sources to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

• Uploads, stores, manages, and backs up cleaned data in the approved repository.

• Coordinates with partner institutions/agencies to obtain disease surveillance data and other relevant datasets needed for project implementation and analysis.

• Monitors data quality and integrity, identifies issues, and resolves errors, duplicates, or inconsistencies.

• Prepares and presents reports or visualizations based on analyzed data to stakeholders.

• Maintains documentation of data management, processing, storage, and validation procedures.

Qualifications:

Salary: Php 25,738.00

Responsibilities:

• Provides administrative and finance support to the Center.

• Processes project-related documents, including procurement, salary, and personnel hiring. 

• Ensures smooth day-to-day office operations, particularly in administrative matters. 

• Prepares and submits compliant reports promptly to relevant units and offices within and outside the University. 

• Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders in the preparation and finalization Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), and other necessary documents.

• Assists in delivering high quality documentation and other related outputs of the Project and the Center. 

• Performs other related tasks (may be urgent) assigned by the Project Leader and Senior Project Officer.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Administers survey questionnaires to identified schools and communities following the approved data collection protocol.

• Facilitate respondent participation and ensure proper survey flow during data collection activities

• Support logistical and operational requirements before and during data collection activities. 

• Encodes accomplished survey questionnaires accurately and completely into the data collection system.

• Performs other related tasks assigned by the Project Technical Assistant I, Project Leader or project staff.
