Course Description

This module introduces new employees to the fundamental details of their benefits and privileges. It encompasses both monetary and non-monetary benefits, each governed by specific policies and conditions. The module outlines the implementing guidelines and regulations for availing these benefits, which are detailed in memoranda accessible through relevant college or unit administrative offices. Employees are encouraged to review these memoranda to gain a comprehensive understanding of their entitlements as UPLB staff.
