All currently employed UPLB personnel—including regular, contractual, and Individual Contract of Service (ICS) staff—are eligible for a UP Mail account.
Step 1: Access the HRDO Online Services
Step 2: Fill Out the Request Form
Scroll down and look for “Request for Official Email”
Click the link and complete the online form with accurate details
Step 3: Upload Supporting Documents
Attach a valid UPLB ID or your current appointment/contract document
Step 4: Wait for Confirmation
The HRDO/Digital Innovation Center (DIC) will process your request
You’ll receive your UP Mail credentials via the personal email you provided
Step 5: Access Your UP Mail
Log in using your assigned UP Mail credentials
The UPLB HR App is a centralized, online system developed for all UPLB employees. It offers a convenient and secure platform for managing key personnel documents such as the Personal Data Sheet (PDS), Work Experience Sheet (WES), and Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALN).
Accessing the HR App
Before you can log in, your account must be activated.
Coordinate with the UPLB Human Resources Development Office (HRDO) to request activation of your HR App account.
Wait for confirmation via email that your account has been activated.
Login Steps
