For UP students - Copy of official proof of enrollment (e.g., valid ID, Temporary Library Card, Form 5)
For UP Faculty, REPS, and Admin Staff - Copy of UP ID
For non-UP users - A copy of valid ID and request letter addressed to the Head Librarian

Send an email request to the MSI Library’s official Gmail account or present the letter to the Information Desk Personnel.
Once approved, a confirmation email will be sent about final arrangements regarding the activity.
