This is where the announcements and private emails are received by the students

It is quite more formal than the rest of the communication platforms

Canva

This app has been helpful upon creating designs for activities

Hopefully, the UI of the Myportal Website would add the text edit area more features

Open Athens

An Authentication system that is provided by UP for students to access E-book libraries. I would like the MyPortal to add another button for the University Library at its Home Page

Discord

Some of the Professors creates a Discord Server to communicate with the students

I would love to see a Group for communications display or tab at the Home Page or each subject page

YouTube

Most of the video information and recorded meetings are uploaded here

It would be good of Myportal added a feature to have the video watched rather than just a link. I encountered some subject that doesn't have the same feature

Zoom

A video communication commonly used by Professors, FICs, or Tutors for synchronous Class

I would love to have the MyPortal calendar to add the Meetings to the calendar so students could be aware

Facebook

Students somehow use this platform to communicate with their classmates or groupmates

A UPOU student group page is already helping quite a number of students, which hopefully TAGPUAN does too

News Platforms

Inquirer, Rappler, ABS CBN News, and GMA News are the local news platforms that I usually encounter

The Myportal announcement board on my opinion is already on a satisfactory rate.

Google Applications

UPOU provides a Gmail account for the usage of Google Applications including Drive, Meet, and Docs

Microsoft 360

Every UPOU student is provided with a Microsoft account, which gives an access to the Microsoft Office Software such as Word, Excel, and Presentation

It also gives a storage of 1TB, which hopefully MyPortal could create a Microsoft Team for students
