APPEAL FOR LATE PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEE

Steps

  1. Write a letter of appeal for late payment of registration fee addressed to the Chancellor (through channels). Don't forget to sign this letter.

  2. Email the letter to gradstudieschk.upd@up.edu.ph for GSP endorsement; cc: adminofficechk.upd@up.edu.ph, with the Subject: APPEAL FOR LATE PAYMENT - FAMILY NAME, INITIAL

  3. Email the GSP-endorsed letter of appeal to colsecadminchk.upd@up.edu.ph for College Endorsement; cc: gradstudieschk.upd@up.edu.ph and adminofficechk.upd@up.edu.ph, with the Subject: APPEAL FOR LATE PAYMENT - FAMILY NAME, INITIAL

  4. Email the College-endorsed letter of appeal to our.diliman@up.edu.ph for approval and payment. Please refer to this document for the process on how to pay for late registration: https://our.upd.edu.ph/files/announce/latepaypro.pdf
