• February 3, 2026 (Tue) – Initial committee meeting to draft policies and guidelines for the Midyear 2026 CDC Internship Program

• March 5, 2026  (Thu) – Second committee meeting to finalize plans for Midyear 2026 internship program

• March 5-13, 2026 (Thu-Fri) – send letters of inquiry to internship agencies; deploy DEVC 198 survey (LOI) to prospective Midyear 2026 devcom interns

• March 16, 2026 (Mon) 2-5pm – online orientation for prospective outbound devcom interns

April 2026

• 1. • April 6, 2026 (Mon) – last day of accepting requests for devcom interns from prospective internship agencies

     • April 6-10, 2026 (Mon-Fri) – publication of internship posts from agencies

     • April 10, 2026 (Fri) – deadline of submission of proof of acceptance for interns opting to secure their own internship agencies

     • April 13, 2026 (Mon) – opening of internship application portal

     • April 13-17, 2026 (Mon-Fri) – internship application period

     • April 20, 2026 (Mon) – forwarding of intern application files to to agencies

     • April 20 to May 8, 2026 (Mon-Fri, ~3 weeks) – period of intern application review for internship agencies

• May 8, 2026 (Fri) – start of release of list of accepted interns

Post-Midyear 2026 BSDC Internship Program

• • • [DEVC 198 FICs] Submission of compiled DEVC 198 class files (fieldwork docs, LOAs, gradesheets, eval forms) to the CDC Internship Committee for archiving

    • Issuance of certificate of appreciation for internship agencies

    • Post-internship evaluation (interviews/survey) for internship stakeholders
