P. A. Properties, a real estate company in South Luzon dedicated to providing quality and affordable housing for low- to middle-income homebuyers, is pleased to extend an invitation to qualified students from the College of Development Communication at the University of the Philippines Los Baños to apply for internship opportunities within our Corporate Communication Department.

As part of our commitment to fostering young talent and providing hands-on industry experience, we are requesting the endorsement of two (2) interns who can contribute to our internal and external communications, public relations, as well as social media content creation. The internship will be conducted in a blended mode (both in- person/on-site and online/virtual), allowing students to gain valuable exposure while maintaining flexibility in their learning environment.

Responsibilities

1. Assisting in the development of internal and external communication materials

2. Creating and managing social media content

3. Writing press releases and corporate announcements

4. Producing multimedia materials such as videos, graphics, and marketing collateral

5. Supporting corporate events and public relations efforts

Requirements and qualifications

1. 1. 1. Currently enrolled students of the College of Development Communication

      2. Strong interest in corporate communication, social media content development, and marketing communication

Requirements

Interested applicants must submit the required documents to the P. A. Properties Corporate Communication Department. Candidates will undergo an interview as part of the selection process.
