2026 Hapinoy Internship Program 

1. 1. 1. Supports the Hapinoy team in implementing digital marketing and community engagement initiatives, including assisting in content ideation, marketing funnels, and monitoring the performance of online campaigns for programs. 

      2. Assists in the development of communication and learning materials, including writing social media content, producing short-form videos, designing visual assets, and supporting the creation and improvement of HapiSkwela training modules.

      3. Provides support in data management and analysis activities, including database cleansing, data consolidation, verification of store information, and assisting the team in generating insights from data to support program implementation."

Digital Marketing [3 slots, fully remote/online]

Tasks

1. Growth Marketing & Community Strategy: Support on conceptualization of conversion-driven marketing funnels to drive membership for the Hapinoy Negosyante Club.

2. Content Ideation & Creative Production: Conceptualize and brief engaging, mobile-first content (Reels/TikToks) that simplifies business concepts for micro-entrepreneurs.

3. Data Analytics: Assist on monitoring and evaluation of digital marketing initiatives that translates raw data into actionable recommendations for the next campaign cycle.

Content studio [6 slots, fully remote/online]

Tasks

1. 1. 1. 1. Copywriting and Content Creation 

            • Assist in writing captions,  and social media posts aligned with the brand’s voice and messaging

            • Help to research on content ideas, draft outlines, and support the development of engaging and relevant content for different platforms

         2. Branding and Visual Strategy 

            • Support the development of visual content by helping design the branding assets for Get Hapi and other projects

         3. Short-form Video Production 

            •  Assist in conceptualizing, scripting, and producing short-form videos for platforms like TikTok, Youtube, and Facebook 

            • Identify trends that can be adapted for content

Hapiskwela/module writing [3 slots, fully remote/online]

Tasks

1. 1. 1. 1. Collaborate with the HapiSkwela team to identify other training needs.

         2. Assist in developing, conceptualizing, and writing of engaging and high-quality learning modules.

         3. Assist in developing and implementing assessment tools to measure the module's effectiveness.

         4. Assisting in revisions, including editing, or introducing new elements appropriate to modular learning delivery such as but not limited to activities, application of concepts, or reflection questions.

Systems and Data [5 slots, fully remote/online]

Tasks

1. Database Cleansing - this is the "cleaning" phase where you identify and fix errors within your consolidated dataset. It involves removing duplicate entries, fixing typos (e.g., "Maanila" vs "Manila"), and standardizing formats.

2. Data Consolidation - Process of gathering store data from various disconnected sources—such as Google Spreadsheets—and merging them into a single, unified database.

3. Data Verification - Process of confirming that the data is accurate and unique. This includes cross-referencing information and ensuring all store photos are properly saved and organized in Google Drive or OneDrive.

Application Process

1. Application Submission. Interested applicants must submit their updated resume and portfolio  with the subject line of "UPLB Internship Application"

2. Interview. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview with Chelle Garcia, HR Officer. The interview will be conducted via Zoom.

3. Processing Timeline. The application process will take approximately one week from submission to final decision.

4. Offer Letter. Successful candidates will receive an offer letter via email outlining the details of the internship.

5. Onboarding. Interns will undergo an orientation session led by HR to introduce them to Hapinoy’s mission, values, and policies. The assigned department will provide an overview of the internship scope, tasks, and expectations.
