The Barangay Integrated Development Approach for Nutrition Improvement (BIDANI) Network Program is writing in response to your email regarding the BS Development Communication Internship Program this Midyear 2023. To this end, we would like to request two interns to be our partner in implementing BIDANI’s activities during the said internship period (July 6, 2023 to August 18, 2023).

Tasks/Responsibilities

1. Assist in BIDANI administrative, research, and extension activities

• • assist in preparation and finalization of periodical and activity reports, manuals, communication, & learning materials

  • assist in training/event preparations

  • assist in activity documentation

Expected Outputs: substantive, mechanical, and packaging of annual reports and manuals; revised/updated extension materials; photo documentation, activity reports, multi-media communication materials

2. Assist in BIDANI Devcom and Knowledge Management Operations

• assist in digitizing and organizing BIDANI archival files

• assist in upkeep of BIDANI online communication platforms (website and social media) & knowledge bank

• assist in online stakeholder and stakeholder needs analysis

Expected Outputs: updated website and social media contents, updated digital archive database, updated metadata catalog/engagement analytics report, needs analysis report, communication strategy proposal

3. Attend weekly meetings and share updates on assigned tasks

Qualifications

1. Have taken at least DEVC 135, DEVC 136, DEVC 144, and DEVC 153

2. Proficient in using editing software (Adobe Creative Suite & Canva), and MS Office Applications

3. Has his/her own equipment (laptop, recorder, camera, etc.)
