Tasks
Assist in writing and publishing various knowledge products on IIRR's development projects
Support the creation of success stories and case studies featuring rural communities
Design and layout information, education, and communication (IEC) materials;
Support the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of IIRR-Asia's social media campaigns
Conducting desk research on development communication trends and best practices to support advocacy initiatives
Collaborating with different teams to support cross-functional projects
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Development Communication, Journalism, Multimedia Arts, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or any related field
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with experience in technical writing (e.g. reports, case studies) and content creation (e.g. social media posts, blogs)
Basic knowledge of graphic design, photography, and videography is a plus
Familiarity with social media management and digital marketing tools is a plus
Experience in events management is preferable but not required;
Interest in development work, rural communities, and sustainable development
Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Tasks
Support the technical staff in developing stories, IECs;
To update database of Panay LC including encoding of registration forms, profiles, attendance/registration forms, distribution lists;
Written and photo documentation of program-related activities;
Assists in the conduct of activities including logistics, documentation and administrative work (preparation)
Requirements
must have their own laptop;
willing to stay at the community (Learning Site/Ivisan, Capiz) for at least a month or 2; computer skills (MS, Adobe, Canva, video editing)
