Tasks
Collaborate with the HapiSkwela team to identify other training needs.
Assist in developing, conceptualizing, and writing of engaging and high-quality learning modules.
Assist in developing and implementing assessment tools to measure the module's effectiveness.
Assisting in revisions, including editing, or introducing new elements appropriate to modular learning delivery such as but not limited to activities, application of concepts, or reflection questions.
Business development [2 slots, fully remote/online]
Tasks
Building and maintaining good communication and working relationship with partners
Improve how we position/pitch Hapinoy to external stakeholders
Help in other Hapinoy projects
(Optional) Acquire new partners through different channels (email marketing, personal network, cold calling)

Application Process
Application Submission. Interested applicants must submit their updated resume and portfolio with the subject line of "UPLB Internship Application"
Interview. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview with Chelle Garcia, HR Officer. The interview will be conducted via Zoom.
Processing Timeline. The application process will take approximately one week from submission to final decision.
Offer Letter. Successful candidates will receive an offer letter via email outlining the details of the internship.
Onboarding. Interns will undergo an orientation session led by HR to introduce them to Hapinoy’s mission, values, and policies. The assigned department will provide an overview of the internship scope, tasks, and expectations.
