Communications Intern (1)

The Communications Intern will assist the Communications Officer in the following:

1. Develop/implement a digital strategy to disseminate information (event stories, press kits, short videos) about FEF’s projects in various social media channels and website;

2. Assist FEF in preparing materials and kits for participants/stakeholders from the public and private sectors, policymakers, media, academe, and others;

3. Provide technical, logistical, and administrative support for FEF in terms of planning and organizing of meetings, fora, workshops, or focus group discussions; and

4. Produce online television and/or podcast programs for FEF’s projects.

Requirements

1. Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint), web literate (including familiarity with online project collaboration tools and social media platforms);

2. Must possess basic/intermediate skills in using various editing software (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, etc.);

3. Has stable internet connection and laptop; and

4. Must possess good written and verbal communication skills, be diligent, and can work with minimal supervision.

Production Intern (1)

The Production Intern will assist the Communications Unit in the following tasks:

1. On-site production of episodes;

2. Post-production edits of episodes; and

3. Design social media marketing collateral to promote the series.

Requirements

1. Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint), web literate (including familiarity with online project collaboration tools and social media platforms);

2. Basic skills in using various editing software (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects);

3. Must possess good written and verbal communication skills, diligent, and can work with

4. Minimal supervision; and

5. Has a stable internet connection and laptop.
