We are looking for interns who have an excellent writing and photography skills, have a background in audio visual production, able to produce publicity and other social media materials, has experienced on the use of WordPress and can perform work professionally with minimal supervision.

Tasks/Responsibilities/Outputs expected from the interns

1. Produce newsletters for the Department which will be posted on the Social Media Page and on the Website of the Department. This includes gathering information and photos they will use. It also entails any assistance needed in posting the newsletters.

2. Prepare materials which will be used for announcements in Social Media Platform and for the website of the department.

3. Aid in the video production and media materials needed by the Department. (e.g. student recruitment orientation videos, introduction of the department videos, and website/social media promotional videos). Gather necessary photos and videos needed in the production.

4. Assist in preparation of various distance learning materials. The interns will be applying their knowledge on how to effectively prepare media materials which will be used by the Department for classes and research. This will include brochures, or infographics regarding the topics discussed in the courses offered and the ongoing researches by the Department

5. Assist in the update and maintenance of DFPPS website as well as contribute ideas and insights on how it can be more effective in relaying information about the Department and various services offered.

Requirements/qualifications for internship applicants

The applicant needs to prepare the following documents :

• Letter of intent/Cover letter containing why they are interested in becoming an intern in the Department.
