EdComics Production Assistant (Intern 1)

Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Assist in the production of EdComics compilation volume;

2. Gather primary and secondary data about the history of EdComics;

3. Assist in writing content for EdComics compilation volume;

4. Conceptualize content and sustainability plan for EdComics; and

5. Perform other EdCom-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications/ Requirements

• Must be proficient in interviewing, research, and writing;

• Must be able to provide 2-3 sample written outputs from the last two (2) years; and

• Must possess basic skills in visual design or graphic illustration

DEC General Intern (Intern 2)

Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Assist in the production of EdCom’s organizational video;

2. Produce 2-3 supplementary video materials for EdCom courses;

3. Write a proposal for an activity under the Kalinga sa Eskwela (KSE) extension

4. project; and

5. Perform other EdCom-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications/ Requirements

• Must be proficient in visual design, scriptwriting, video production, and video editing;

• Must be able to provide 1-2 sample video outputs from the last two (2) years; and

• Must possess basic skills in proposal and report writing

Applications will be accommodated until 23 May 2023 (Tuesday). The Department will review the applications from 24 May to 7 June 2023. Internship applicants may be requested to attend virtual or in-person interviews if deemed necessary.
