UPLB CDC Department of Development Broadcasting and Telecommunication (DDBT)

The Department of Development Broadcasting and Telecommunication (DDBT) of the UPLB College of Development Communication is looking for four (4) interns for Dito Sa Laguna (DSL), CDC's community cable television program, and Radyo DZLB/DZLB Online!, UPLB’s community and educational broadcast station, this Mid-year, A.Y. 2023-2024.

Scope of work

1. Assist in the planning, production, and evaluation of DSL & DZLB programs

2. Develop and produce radio and television plugs/infomercials

3. Write and present a radio/television/online program proposal

4. Perform other tasks assigned by the department (i.e. research, interviews, etc.)

Qualifications

1. Has basic technical know-how in multimedia production and management

2. Has the ability to write content for various program treatments and platforms

3. Knowledgeable in audio, image, and video editing applications

4. Strong written and verbal communication skills (newswriting, reportage, etc.)

5. Ability to work with minimal supervision

  • The interns will be rendering 200 hours or its equivalent in outputs/tasks that can be accomplished remotely during the Midyear 2023.
