We are looking for interns who have excellent writing skills and a background in audiovisual production and can produce publicity and other social media materials, and can perform work professionally with minimal supervision.

Tasks/Responsibilities/Outputs expected from the interns

1. Produce newsletters for the Department, which will be posted on the Social Media Page and on the Website of the Department currently being developed. This task involves gathering information and photos they will use. It also entails any assistance needed in posting the newsletters.

2. Prepare materials that will be used for announcements on Social Media Platform and on the website of the Department.

3. Aid in the video production and media materials needed by the Department. (e.g., student recruitment orientation videos, introduction of the department videos, and website/social media promotional videos). Gather necessary photos and videos needed in the production.

4. Assist in the preparation of various distance learning materials. The interns will be applying their knowledge on preparing effective media materials the Department can use for online classes. This will include preparation of brochures or infographics regarding the topics discussed in the courses offered by the Department.

5. Assist in the update and maintenance of the DFPPS website, and contribute ideas and insights on how it can be more effective in relaying information about the Department and various services offered.

Requirements/qualifications for internship applicants

The applicant needs to prepare the following documents :
