Qualifications

1. Computer literate

2. Proficient in MS Office applications

3. Knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and other similar software for creating videos/infographics/visual content

4. Able to do tasks in a work-from-home setting

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepare a storyboard with voice over or narration script for the creation of AVP for TREES, FORCE and UPGRADE training programs;

2. Assist in the preparation for the AVPs with reference to the UP Visual Identify Guidebook and the Canva program, sources of design inspiration and templates for infographics, videos, and other visual content;

3. Prepare e-flyers, infographic materials, and other marketing and promotional materials;

4. Prepare PowerPoint templates for the FORCE and UPGRADE training programs;

5. Assist in the updating/re-creation of TREES official webpage/URL and FB page;

6. Conceptualize and prepare exhibits on TREES training/continuing education courses;

7. Assists in the conduct of on-going webinars or online training courses;

8. Prepare photo documentation of on-going training courses.
