Tasks/Responsibilities/Outputs expected from the interns

The devcom interns are expected to:

1. Produce newsletters that will be posted on the Social Media Page and Website of the Department (under development). Tasks include gathering information and photos and providing assistance in posting the newsletters.

2. Prepare materials that will be used for announcements in social media platform and for the website of the Department.

3. Aid in video and media materials production (e.g., brochures/infographics, student recruitment orientation videos, videos about the Department, and website/social media promotional videos).

4. Assist with the layout and design of the website of the Department, as well as contribute ideas and share insights on how it can be more effective in relaying information about the Department and its various activities/services.

Requirements/qualifications for internship applicants

The applicant needs to prepare the following documents :

• Letter of intent/Cover letter containing why they are interested in becoming an intern in the Department.
