Tasks and Responsibilities
Virtual Brown Bag Session activities
Handle coordination activities related to the implementation of the session
Assist in the confirmation of invited audience
Assist in the confirmation of Project Leaders attendance
Ensure proper recording of the virtual session
Provide technical assistance in the conduct of the virtual session
Article writing
Draft a full article/s based on the line-up of projects to be featured for the month
Draft a media release on the same project
Prepare a social media post (with infographic) of the same project
Coordinate with the Chair of the IEC, the Project Leader, and the Director for the vetting of the materials
Revise, as necessary, the materials (full article, media release, and social media post)
Others
Create/Develop infographics on the technologies to be featured monthly
Assist in identifying relevant post on biotechnology to be shared on the social media page
Update and post supervised social media content
Assist in other IEC related activities
Assist in the development of storyboard and AVP prototype for the Program’s profile video
Outputs Expected from the Interns
Full assistance provided in the implementation of the virtual bag sessions from July to September 2020
Six full project articles shared and published
Six project articles for media/press release
Six social media post (with infographic)
Six infographics created/developed
Post in the Program’s social media page, with clearance, information relevant to biotechnology
Assisted in other IEC related activities
Assisted in the development of storyboard and AVP prototype for the Program’s profile video
Qualifications
Must have advanced communication skills (writing and verbal)
Must have strong interpersonal skills
Must have time management skills
Ability to Adapt
Ability to analyze and evaluate situations
Can work at a minimum supervision
Knowledgeable in video editing
Requirements
A desktop/laptop with a working camera and microphone
A stable internet of at least 2mbps internet connection

The schedule is open. The application process may immediately start upon the opening of the internship program.
