   2. Produce a multi-media communication material about the work in Asia

   3. Assist in the preparations for the International Year for Fruits and Vegetables event in early September

   4. Write a feature story or blog about the work in Asia

   5. Develop a communications calendar with key messages for the region

BI-CIAT DeRISK Southeast Asia Project (1 intern)

Tasks and responsibilities

1. Assist in developing and writing DeRISK blogs/articles for each country (Vietnam, Cambodia, Lao PDR, Myanmar

2. Update the directory of DeRISK contacts/partners per country

3. Support the updating/organizing DeRISK repository/filing system (including technical outputs and reports per country)

4. Assist in finalizing highlights of meetings/documentation of project activities in the duration of internship

5. Support the project management team in organizing and documenting the quarter project review workshop

6. Develop infographics showing constraints and barriers to climate adaption in Laos

Tasks and responsibilities

1. 1. Initial web design (with content) to host agro-climatic advisories

   2. Develop instruments to assess user needs and requirements for climate information

   3. Develop instruments to assess flow of climate and agro-advisory information to farmers

Application Process

To facilitate the application process, we would like to request the interns to submit, along with their portfolio the following:

1. Curriculum vitae

2. Application letter addressed to: Stephan Weise, Managing Director in Asia

Successful candidates will be requested to submit the following:

1. A copy of Passport / Government-issued ID

2. A digital picture with white background, facing front, no glasses, visible ears, good resolution

3. International/or local coverage health insurance certificate.

4. Certificate of enrollment or valid university ID

This engagement will be for the period of 05 July-20 August 2021, for a total 200 hours/output based. Them Alliance will be providing a stipend of Php 15,000 (approx. US$ 310) each to the interns by the end of their internship.
