CALL FOR PAPERS
ACRES 2021 is soliciting quality research papers on the following areas of computational sciences: Agricultural and Environmental Informatics, Bioinformatics and Computational Biology, Computational Algebra and Geometry, Computational Physics, Human-Computer Interaction, Mathematical Modeling and Simulation, Statistical Computing and Data Science, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Combinatorial Algorithms and Optimization, Computational Chemistry, Drone and Robot Modeling, Image, Audio, and Video Processing, Parallel and Distributed Computing, and other allied fields.
Authors are invited to submit extended abstracts which contain the background and significance of the study, methodology and results and discussion. The paper must be original and must not have been submitted to any conference or publication.
Please take note of the following important dates:
19 July 2021 26 July 2021 (extended deadline) - Deadline for submission of extended abstracts
20 August 2021 - Notification of paper acceptance
03 September 2021 - Deadline for submission of camera-ready papers
24 September 2021 - Symposium proper
All extended abstracts must be submitted through the symposium's EasyChair paper submission page. Authors must take note of the following:
Extended abstracts in .docx/pdf are accepted;
The details of the author(s) such as name, university, or country information must not be included in the extended abstract since this is a double-blind peer-review process. The information about the author(s) will be supplied through the EasyChair paper submission page.
The extended abstract must have been proofread and checked for accuracy prior to submission since changes can no longer be made during the review process. The authors will be notified of the changes/improvements to be made once the review process has been completed.
The extended abstract must be original and must be related to any one of the conference topics mentioned above.
The extended abstract should include a header and the main text. Limit the abstract to one page of A4 paper with a margin of 1 inch on the top, bottom and right sides, and 1.5 inches on the left. The paper must include the following:
Abstract
Background and signifiance of the study
Methodology
Results and discussion
Conclusion and future works
Since the review process will be double-blind, the extended abstract must not contain any information about the author(s) nor their organization(s). Do not put the name(s) of the author(s) and their affiliation(s) at the start of the paper.
Ensure that citations to and mentions of the author’s own prior work that are related to the present work are anonymized.
Ensure the accuracy of citations, references, figures, diagrams, and tables.
Figures and tables need to be placed near the part where they appear in the text and must be clear.
