Biography

Jihad Anwar Qadir was born in Sulaymaniyah, Iraq, in 1989. He received the B.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Sulaymaniyah, Sulaymaniyah, Iraq, in 2011, and the M.E. degree in Electronics Computer Engineering from the Institute of Natural and Applied Sciences at Hasan Kalyoncu University, Gaziantep, Turkey, in 2016.

In 2011, he joined the Department of Computer Science, University of Raparin, as an Assistant Programmer, and in 2017 became a Lecturer. On August 18, 2025, he was promoted to Assistant Professor in the same department.

His current research interests include Deep Learning, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Image Processing, and Speech Processing.
