Implementing an online platform to ease the process of applying for withdrawal and readmission for both deans and students in the school of Education at the University of Zambia's Great East Road Campus.

To digitize the withdrawal process so as to reduce the costs spent on physical withdrawal.

To create a web-based system for withdrawal so as to enable students apply online .

To eliminate manually done work involved with withdrawal and this is to get rid of the paper work involved with the process.

To lessen the time taken to process the withdrawal and readmission. This is to ensure that the process can be done more conveniently.
