Insurrection is a conceptual abstract art piece that explores the act held at the Capitol Building on January 6, 2021. The muted dark beige tones represent the Capitol Building, while the cracks and fractures show the destruction the Insurrectionists created on January 6, 2021. The various colors highlight the senseless bloodshed of lives lost and emphasizes the very foundation that former President Donald Trump and his supporters incited on Capitol Hill and the sad memory that will haunt our country.
