Characterising separability
Wednesday, 9th of September, 9:00-9:45, room CTE 1
While deep insights into the properties of entanglement have been acquired over the last ca 30 years, much less is known about the structure of separable states. However, global operations allow the creation of entanglement or non-locality from separability. In this sense, even separable states may provide a resource. We investigate the limitations of entanglement generation from separable states with fixed purity and characterise their corresponding properties.
